This bike had to be practical which meant
having a decent headlight with a good high beam.
None of the aftermarket streetfighter
headlights seemed to be able to offer this to I looked at
various options and ended up at the Kawasaki Z750/1000 unit.
It also offered plenty of room to put
the clocks and also the option of a taller touring screen if
needed.
The bracket was a major headache and
took hours to make, picking up all the correct rubber mountings
and mounting to the stock TLS yokes and ignition switch mount. I
also incorporated mounts for the indicators - another feature I
wanted to have.
